Considering that Imobilien aggregates properties from a wide range of sources, it uses a very simple filter method, dividing properties through six criteria: type, rooms, price, area, neighborhood and advertisers. Combined with the free based business model, its simplicity helps to aggregate a great number of properties, which made Imobilien's property list the second largest in Brazil in less than a year after its launching.

Imobilien supports the possibility to save on an account with all interesting properties to each user. It is also possible to save a special profile in order to receive a daily Email with all new properties that fits user's profile. Imobilien also maintains a blog, containing news and special offers.
